Creativity at Work: Unlocking Creative Confidence and Collaboration Through Play
When professionals are given permission to play, they discover new ways to collaborate, take risks, and think outside the box—skills that directly strengthen their work together.
I had the privilege of leading a team-building workshop for PlayPlay in their new Soho office. Together, we created a collaborative painting to make their space feel like home.
At first, there was hesitation—business professionals aren’t always asked to be “artists.” But once the team had a safe space to take risks, try new things, and build off each other’s ideas, the energy shifted.
The team grew bolder, more playful, and more connected. What started as an icebreaker became a powerful reminder that creative confidence translates far beyond the canvas.
What people discover through this art practice can be brought back into their work—fueling innovation, collaboration, and the courage to push beyond what they thought was possible.
If your team could benefit from a creative reset, I’d love to connect. Let’s design a workshop that helps your team play, innovate, and collaborate in new ways.
